Black Dog And Blended Comfort

Black Dog is one of the finest scotch whiskies available. We tend to prefer conventional modes of drinking scotch. This includes neat, with ice or even with minimal water. However, there are some innovative ways to spice up your scotch in style this season. A favorite cocktail recipe of mine is called Blended Comfort. The name lives up to the Black Dog motif with elan. Expect just the right dose of comfort and relaxation. What better way to unwind after a hard day at work?

For preparing Blended Comfort you will need the following ingredients:
·         2 oz of Black Dog scotch
·         ½ oz of orange juice
·         1 oz of peach liqueur
·         ¼ th of a peach
·         ½ oz of dry vermouth
·         2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Preparation is quite simple in fact and comprises of a few hassle free steps. These are:
1.      The quarter of peach should be skinned thoroughly and placed in a blender.
2.      The liqueur, vermouth, lemon juice, orange juice and Black Dog should be added into the blender as well.
3.      About ten to fifteen seconds should be allocated for blending. It is best to do this at the low setting.
4.      The resultant mixture requires to be strained into a glass packed with crushed ice.
5.      Garnishing can be done with orange or peach slices before serving.

Blended Comfort is sure to keep your guests happy and play its part in creating an enchanting evening. This mild yet comfortable cocktail is sure to be a hit at parties!
